The kitchen is fully equipped with all the needed kitchenware in order to cook wonderful meals - bowls, forks, spoons, knives, ladles, oven trays, cutting board, pots, pans, etc., microwave, boiler, coffee machine, toaster. You can either dine inside at the large dining table, or outside on the big veranda, enjoying the great view of the village of Stavros and a bit of sea view in the distance. There's a 32" TV in the living room along with comfortable couches for movie time, and another 24" TV in the second bedroom with two single beds. The two air-conditioning units are located in the living room area and in the first bedroom with a queen size bed.
Last but not least, there's a bathtub in the large bathroom, small balconies outside of each of the bedrooms and of course screens in all of the windows so that insects stay outside on their natural environment. Please note that during the months of March, April & November it gets a bit chilly sometimes, so central heating is available upon request for an extra charge per day.

First and foremost, this is a proper apartment (34m2), and not just a room. It has everything you'll need for your every-day living, in calm and peaceful surroundings.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you might need in order to cook a fantastic meal! A full stove, large fridge/freezer, all the necessary kitchenware (bowls, forks, spoons, knives, ladles, oven trays, cutting board, pots, pans, etc.), microwave, boiler, coffee machine, toaster. There is a full size table to sit and eat your meals, and a large comfortable couch in the living area.
For outdoor living, there is a big balcony (with dividers for privacy, as well as a roll down tent for shade) featuring garden and mountain views, as well as patio furniture.
We provide free air-conditioning & free wifi, of course! In fact there are two AC units, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. We have installed screens in all the windows and doors, and there is also a mosquito tablet device to protect those with sweet blood, as well as a safe to protect your valuables!
The comfortable bathroom features a bathtub. In the bedroom you will find a large double bed, and there are large wardrobes with plenty of space to store clothes, suitcases, and all your belongings.
For reservations during March, April & November, it sometimes gets a bit chilly so there's central heating available for an extra charge per day.
Best suited for 2 people, however the couch in the living room can convert to a comfy bed for an extra person, with an additional cost of 7 euros/day.
What certainly makes this apartment unique is the value for money factor along with the fact that it's located on the semi-basement, surrounded by a large yard, thus the temperatures are much better (it's cooler). For only 35-65 euros (depending on the period of your reservation), you get a 39m^2 apartment (much larger than a normal hotel room) with fitted kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge-freezer, all the needed kitchenware, bathroom, shower, TV, DVD player, couch, kitchen table and a queen size double bed. You can safely store all your belongings in the spacious walk-in closet.

There's a lot of space at the front of the apartment, ideal for your morning coffee. The building is surrounded by gardens, olive trees and different kinds of fruit trees. On top of that, you get your own free parking space inside the property. There's also a large commonly shared yard on the front with patio furniture, plus you can of course use the BBQ area on the right side of the property for more privacy.
